蘇Good 34 蘿蔔炒魚鬆

竅門:

料:白蘿蔔切四方條
鯪魚,先切片,後刴,加鹽刴

煮:

1. 少油,慢火炒蘿蔔條,鑊邊逐少加水,炒至透明(約半小時)
2. 鯪魚肉煎餅,至金黃,切條
3. 蘿蔔熟,加魚條,蠔油,糖,老抽,蔥白
